Instructions for Using the Fiverr Fee Calculator

  1. Charge Amount:
    • Enter the amount you are charging for your service in the “Charge Amount” field.
  2. Fiverr Logo Maker:
    • For Logo Design sold through the Logo Maker, select your 12-month earnings range from the dropdown menu. This will determine the Fiverr fee percentage deducted from your earnings.
  3. Marketing / Other Costs:
    • Enter any additional costs you have in the “Enter cost $” field.
    • If you have percentage-based costs, enter the percentage in the “Enter cost %” field.
  4. Withdrawal Type:
    • Select your preferred withdrawal method from the dropdown menu. This will determine the withdrawal fee applied.
  5. Sales Tax / VAT (Buyer) %:
    • Enter the applicable sales tax or VAT percentage in the “Sales Tax / VAT (Buyer) %” field.
  6. Results:
    • The calculator will automatically display the results as you input values:

      For Sellers:

        • Revenue: The total charge amount.
        • Fiverr Fee: The fee deducted by Fiverr based on your selected earnings range.
        • Withdrawal Fee: The fee for withdrawing your earnings.
        • Other Costs: The sum of additional costs.
        • Total Costs: The sum of Fiverr fee, withdrawal fee, and other costs.
        • Profit: The amount remaining after all deductions.

      For Buyers:

        • Gig Price: The original charge amount.
        • Service Fee: The fee charged by Fiverr to the buyer.
        • Service Fee < $100: An additional $3 fee if the charge amount is less than $100.
        • Sales Tax (VAT): The sales tax or VAT applied to the charge amount.
        • Total Payment: The total amount the buyer will pay.

About Fiverr Fees

Fees for Sellers

  1. Revenue Share:
    • Sellers receive 80% of the purchase amount for each completed Gig.
    • For Logo Design sold through the Logo Maker, revenue is tier-based, ranging from 20% to 50% based on overall sales over the past 12 months.
      • Sales Tiers and Earnings:
        • $1-$499: 20%
        • $500-$2,499: 25%
        • $2,500-$9,999: 30%
        • $10,000-$19,999: 35%
        • $20,000-$29,999: 40%
        • $30,000-$49,999: 45%
        • $50,000+: 50%
  2. Withdrawal Fees:
    • PayPal Account: $0 Fee
    • Fiverr Revenue Card™: $1 Fee within 2 days, or $3 Fee within 2 hours
    • Local Bank Transfer (LBT): $3 per transfer
    • Direct Deposit (ACH): $1 per transfer (only in the US)
  3. Currency Conversion Fees:
    • Fees apply for currency exchange services during withdrawals if withdrawing in a currency other than US dollars.
  4. Taxes:
    • Sellers are responsible for paying any direct or indirect taxes, including GST, VAT, or income tax, based on their residency and location.

Fees for Buyers

  1. Service Fees:
    • 5.5% of the purchase amount.
    • For purchases under $100, an additional $3 small order fee is applied.
  2. Taxes:
    • Any applicable indirect taxes (such as Sales Tax, VAT, or GST) are added to the purchase amount and displayed before payment.
  3. Additional Fees:
    • Payment Services Providers may apply additional fees based on location and currency.
  4. Refund Fees:
    • Refunds directly to the payment provider may be subject to an additional fee.
